Wedding

Today I went with my BF to attend my bf's colleague wedding,the wedding was held in his home.It seems that I have not attend the wedding for a long time.In my memory,I am enjoying myself in others'wedding,for there is some delicious to eat,like candy,I think most of people like it,while now I am no longer enjoying it any more for I am no longer a child,I have grown up and have to afford necessary responsibility.

Today I get the bonus ,1500yuan, All of a sudden,I feel bitterly cold,and the words of manager was a hit at me,this is what I do in 2008 year?it is extremely funny.My whole year work even cann't match up to 5 months work?What the hell can I do next?

Am I incapable?please remember that it is no use sitting there crying,you have to face the failure,you know,find the root of this matter and be maturer in the next year.

The poor is always thinking thing,but the rich is always doing thing,you cann't change the world or others but yourself,so the first step is to reflect upon youself and come on,look on both sides of a shield.

Good timing

Today I feel deeply the importance of time. I went to the finance department this morning for submitting an expense account,while were refused because they were at busy hour,so I have been told to wait several days more.

When I came back to my own seat,this thing causes me to think a lot.People often say that good timing, geographical convenience and good human relations are all very vital to our life and work,that's true.

How can I overcome these obstacles?Perhapes to face it is the only choice that I have.Whatever you are doing,you should choose a good timing to do it ,then everything will go smoothly.So from now on ,never to interrupt others when they are at busy hour,it is vital to follow this principle at all times.

New view instead of new field

Maybe what you need is not a new field but a new view,try another perspective.

Recently,I always think one question,it seems that there are some doubt about my suitability for the job,without any passion.why?what choice do I have,I should start to be serious about this thing,I am over 23,already advanced in years,but I feel as if I get nothing.

If I should change another field or try another perspective?Maybe I should review the job ,and carefully analyze it,to find out if I can gain my pursuits from there.
To tell the truth,I really don't want to give up the english language,it is one of my interest,and I wish to have a fine command of this language,and the words stream from my mouth in a torrent.
and make myself master of this language someday,rather than half -know,perhapes this is the only reason that I remain in this place.

Could it be that the english is my only goal here?No, absolutely not!So,what is it for again?Money?yeah,maybe,so it will be great if I can get pay for doing whatever I want,now the question is ,I cann't get both of them so far.I wonder if the english tour guide is a good job?with high income?it really helps to train a person's communication skills,and you will be very sociable in the future,while some people says that tour guide depends on youth to make a living,but is it really true,when I am no longer young,then what can Ido ,to be an offical in the tourist bureau?working in an administrative position?but I am not really the administrative type.

If I remain in the current field,what is my direction of development? Maybe be more familar with this industry,and get more orders from foreign businessmen,of course,my income is aslo increased significantly,at the same time,both my spoken english and written english are improved considerably.Most of people says that the older the salesman,the greater demand.After all ,the older the wiser.
I admit that I have learnt a lot from one year's work,and maturer than before,the way I am walking now is right or not?tired,bored,what on earth is I want?

Everything has a plan,PDCA-plan,do,check,action. Now what you have to do is to list the choices that you can choose,and to choose then plan,do ,check and action.

Grasp the shadow and let go the substance ,fish in the air,many idoms express the result of wrong direction,I have today deeply touched.

How regretfull I am,but it is no use.

As the old saying goes:"get the result and aslp know why",until now I feel it resonable.

Responsibility

Gradually,I deeply realize the meaning of responsibility,I am extremely regretful,but it is no use crying over spilt milk.

What can I do ？Maybe I only can console myself.

As one story says,you have two choices.

one is the tax can be rebated ,another is the tax cann't be rebated.If the result is the first one ,you don't need to worry at all.

If the tax cann't be rebated,there is still two choices.One is you have to sustain the losses,another is that you will be fired.If the result is the first,while you are unable to pay,only be borned by the company,and aslo you have to afford within your ability,if so ,you have no option but to reflect upon your mistakes and draw a lesson from this thing,be more careful in the future,you will be more mature hereafter.

If you will be fired ,there is also two options,one is you will find a better job than the present job,another is you became a job-waiting people.It is a good thing to find a better job,as the saying goes,behind bad luck comes good luck.

If you are unempolyed ,you have two choices as well,you have found yourself in the period of job-waiting,and know what is you want and who you want to be,and finally became a free-lance,another is you lose your ways and don't know what to do.

If you are a free-lance ,you will get rid of the restriction of work,and get free,and live in yourself world,just do whatever you like.

If you have lost your ways and don't know what to do ,then there is still two choices for you.one is to take what comes and be contented,another is in a rock-bottom despair.

Cann't say that is is wrong that make the best of it?

if you have touched the depth of despair ,your heart has already been numbled ,lacking of worry or apprehensiveness.

So what 's the worry?Remember,look on both sides of the shield forever.

Chilliness

Today the weather is a little cold,what I need on earth?As counted,I have worked for two years.
What have I earned in the end?Looking back to that time when I was just graduated from school,I am very curious and open about everything new,because of innocent and childlike.

Now I admit that I am more mature than before,while what I want to learn or what I am going after?

What you have done should be informed to others

All of a sudden,I deeply relized that timely communication is fairly important,so as to reduce unnecessay waste,such as time or energy.
Therefore, the ability of anticipate is very important,you should think of it prior to others.

In a word,
1-Effective communication,what you have done and what you will do should be informed to others.
2-A of the A.R.G,A is equal to anticipate,thinking of it prior to others.

How to develop your observation

Today,I find that the observation is very important in the process of marketing.

You should know that why people act like this and how to treat with it. Use your head,and don't act in an off-hand way.

So what you need to do next is to develop your observation.But how?it is a question.

Why the customer doesn't reply you and answer your question?

Look back on your question,you will find all these questions are very childish,and will reflect that you are not very professional,you should reflect upon yourself.

So in the new year,one of my goal is to develop a good observation,which can help you to sell.
